1. Why should I buy the Helper Series?
The Helper Series is the result of over 10
years of constant focus on the needs of professionals. The Series integrates
powerful features combining to offer the only total job support systems available.
NASI offers the best support in the business. When
you call for help (which, by the way,
is unlimited) you will get to talk to a person, not a machine. Our on-line support center, helper faxes, and e-mail support also help to make getting answers quick and easy.
As a committed
technology partner, we at North American
Software listen to our customers and make every effort to include the features that
our customers need.
2. Are you compatible with other WindowsTM products?
Yes, we can mail merge with Microsoft Word and Word Perfect and save reports in Microsoft Excel or Visual Tools
spreadsheet format. All data is stored in an MS Access database, so accessing your data from other programs is a snap.
3. Can you convert my data?
Yes, we offer data conversions from virtually any other productivity software on the market today. Please call for more
details.
4. What is the difference between a Contact Manager and the Helper Series?
A contact manager is only a sub-set of
the Helper Series total job support package. The Helper Series has a very powerful contact relationship management system as well as many other industry-specific systems that work together to create a total working environment.
5. How long has NASI been in business?
NASI was incorporated in 1983 and began selling its first productivity management software in early 1985.
6. Can I download data from my firm?
Financial Services
Software only - yes, we have a download and import process for
many firms. These downloads can speed up the process of utilizing your Helper Series by putting most or all of your client, portfolio and product data into the program.

What's the difference between Helper
Series Traditional and Helper Series
2001?
The Helper Series
Financial Services line is now available in
two formats: Helper Series
Traditional and Helper
Series 2001.
"Helper
Series Traditional" is our standard
Windows®/PC desktop application that
has been increasing our users'
productivity for nearly a
decade.
"Helper
Series 2001" is the next generation
in financial services software that
offers the same total job support tools
as the "Traditional" line (in
addition to a few new features) with a
completely redesigned interface.
The 2001 line has the added capability
of running in either desktop or browser-based forms. The browser-based versions: Sales Professional's Helper.Com, Broker's Helper.Com, Broker's Helper
Advanced.Com, and Investment Advisor's Helper.Com offer the same functionality as their
respective desktop counterparts but are web-enabled and can be distributed over the Internet or an
intranet. Click here for more
information about our browser-based
products.
