CINCINNATI, OH - June 25, 2002 -
North American Software, Inc. (NASI) is proud to announce that they have completed download interfaces for TD Waterhouse and RBC Dain Rauscher. The downloads
enable financial advisors from those firms to import company data into their Helper Series software each morning. This data includes
client names and addresses, account numbers, initial holdings, daily transactions, and prices.
When registered representatives populate their Helper Series software with the company data each morning, they can use this data to produce time-weighted performance reports for their clients. The Helper Series programs -- Broker's Helper and Investment Advisor's Helper -- produce AIMR-compliant reports
with color graphics, "what-if" scenarios, and a sophisticated set of portfolio reporting tools.
TD Waterhouse and RBC Dain Rauscher join a long list of clearinghouses that have downloads into the Helper Series software. UBS/PaineWebber, Prudential, Smith Barney,
National Financial Services (NFS), Pershing, Charles Schwab, Linsco Private Ledger, and Raymond James all offer downloads that are compatible with Broker's Helper and Investment Advisor's Helper.
In addition to these company downloads, Track Data's Dial/Data pricing services and DST FANMail's free mutual fund posting service work with the Helper Series data manager.

About Broker's Helper and Investment Advisor's Helper
Broker's Helper combines customer relationship management (CRM) tools with AIMR-compliant performance reporting and portfolio management. The program's contact manager lets the user auto-dial, create sales lists by account or by clients' preferences, and view histories of every conversation and correspondence ever had with a client - all from a single screen. The portfolio manager enables householding, beautiful monthly charts and reports, what-if scenarios, and much more. Investment Advisor's Helper adds a number of pre-built reports to the Broker's Helper suite, making the application ideal for top-level money managers.
